4. Bookings and Payments

4.1 Booking Process

• Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
• 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

5.2 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel services due to:

• Insufficient bookings
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemic, etc.)
• Safety concerns
• Breach of Terms by the user

In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or credit toward future services.

5.3 No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for scheduled services without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.
